Private yoga        Meditation        Breathwork sessions

Welcome to our Private Yoga, Meditation, and BreathWork sessions! 

 

We will start with an introductory session in which we discuss your needs and create a personalized plan for our yoga practice. 

Sessions can last for 60 to 90 minutes and will include: 

 

  • Yoga posture alignment to help you feel, understand, and connect your body with your mind

  •  Breathing techniques to activate, harmonize, and relax your nervous system -Meditation to improve concentration and promote relaxation for your mind, as well as connection to yourself 

  • Yoga nidra techniques to resolve trauma subconsciously, increase imagination, and relax your body and mind -Yoga philosophy (non-religious) -Mantra sounds and slow music in the background for a deeper level of relaxation and inner peace 

  • Guidance to help you build your practice and address life challenges.
