Private yoga Meditation Breathwork sessions
Welcome to our Private Yoga, Meditation, and BreathWork sessions!
We will start with an introductory session in which we discuss your needs and create a personalized plan for our yoga practice.
Sessions can last for 60 to 90 minutes and will include:

Yoga posture alignment to help you feel, understand, and connect your body with your mind

Breathing techniques to activate, harmonize, and relax your nervous system -Meditation to improve concentration and promote relaxation for your mind, as well as connection to yourself

Yoga nidra techniques to resolve trauma subconsciously, increase imagination, and relax your body and mind -Yoga philosophy (non-religious) -Mantra sounds and slow music in the background for a deeper level of relaxation and inner peace
