Organize a mindful living course for your company


Mindfulness has become increasingly popular in the workplace & daily life, and many companies are now taking advantage of the enormous benefits these practices can bring. From helping individuals de-stress to increasing productivity and creativity, these mindful practices can really make a difference. We invite you to incorporate yoga asana practice, meditation, mindful breathing and other mindful living practices into your workplace and daily life in order to reduce stress, increase productivity, boost creativity, and foster a positive and supportive work culture. We are delighted to guide your organization through the journey of mindfulness!

Mindful living program for corporations

(four-eight weeks) 

This 8-week program offers the opportunity to become a better version of yourself and to cultivate respect and compassion for those around you. Through this program, you will gain a newfound understanding of yourself and your life. We will meet twice a week for 60-90 minutes, and I will provide additional support through a private chat. We will create a group chat to keep up communication to foster teamwork. At the end of the 8 weeks, there will be a complimentary candlelight evening event including a Yoga Nidra session, followed by a question and answer time.

1. Introduction and Foundations of Mindfulness

a. What is mindfulness? 

b. Exploring the neurobiological benefits of mindfulness

c. Developing a mindset shift 

2. Introduction of  9 attitudes for realizing mindfulness.

  1. Why do we need 9 attitudes?

  1. Where would we use them?

  2. How to enchant them in daily life? 

3. Establishing a Mindful Practice.

 a. Working with specific techniques: 

  • breathing 

  • meditation

  • body scanning

  • yoga or mindful movement

  • journaling 

b. Recognizing triggers and cultivating presence

c. Learning how to establish mindful practice in daily routine 

5. Bringing Mindfulness into the Workplace and Home

a. Exploring mindful behavior 

 b. Creating mindful space around you
